  • Items must be returned or made available for pickup as scheduled.

  • Delivery and pickup services are available for most orders.

  • Additional fees may apply for special access requirements, stairs, elevators, or long-distance deliveries.

  • Rental items must be accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.

Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling requests will be handled according to company policy.
